- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and plan and deliver public relations activities.
- Create content for various communication materials including social media and newsletters.
- Oversee social media profiles and website content to ensure regular updates.
- Provide advice on social media to ensure strong and consistent messages and tactics.
- Assist in organizing, and conducting press conferences, workshops and other events.
- Support branding of specific activities and projects.
- Support the department in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in communications, public relations or similar fields is desirable.
- Experience with event planning preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye on detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and social media platforms.
- Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment is crucial.
