Inclusion Cayman is currently recruiting for an Inclusion Facilitator.

Job summary:
The Inclusion Facilitator is a member of a highly motivated and passionate team supporting the inclusive vision and mission of Inclusion Cayman. In that role, the Inclusion Facilitator is responsible to advocate for and directly support individuals with disabilities and their families to attain their inclusive vision in educational, employment, and community settings. Additional administrative activities, support of fund-raising efforts, and dissemination of information to the public are assigned from time to time and shared with other members of the Inclusion Team.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced training related to the specified responsibilities.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working successfully with collaborative working relationships.
  • Experienced in Microsoft (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & other software applications.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based change strategies that lead to more inclusive lives for individuals with disabilities.
  • Previous experience working in either an Education or in Human Resources is preferred.

Salary: Cl$50k-60k per year depending on experience.

Preference will be given to suitably qualified Caymanians, Cayman Status, and RERC holders.
