Office Manager/Executive Assistant

The Agency is recruiting for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant on behalf of our client.
The successful candidate will coordinate administration and office managements duties along with supporting a senior executive. You will ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce company policies and processes.
  • Oversee cash flow and process monthly payments.
  • Expense reports and management
  • Vendor sourcing and negotiation
  • Calendar management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Occasional HR related duties
  • Personal assistant duties
  • Special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experienced with supporting C-Suite Executives
  • Strong local knowledge of Cayman.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality output.
  • Understanding of IT concepts is advantageous.

Salary: DOE plus benefits.
