- Cultivate and maintain relationships with asset managers globally, with a focus on Latin America, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Proactively communicate updates, market insights, and new opportunities to align with clients’ investment strategies.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless banking solutions, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend additional products to optimize clients’ financial strategies.
- Resolve client inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and escalating issues as needed.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate clients’ future needs.
- Prepare and present client reviews and reports to showcase the value of our services.
- Contribute to the enhancement of client relationship management strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or business administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales.
- Client-facing experience in financial services, preferably in asset management or private banking is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Ability to travel within North and Latin America at short notice.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.
