Client Relations Manager

- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Manage the performance of the client services team, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated experience for clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to meet client requirements.
- Uphold a high standard of risk awareness and compliance orientation in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent is required.
- Professional certification such as CAMS or equivalent.
- Preferably posses a professional designation such as CPA, CFA or TEP.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with 5 years in banking is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Basel II and Basel III standards.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest new ideas and drive innovation.
