The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore firm in the Cayman Islands in search of a Corporate Associate to join as part of the firm’s growth plans.

This is an opportunity to join one of Cayman’s most reputable international law firms. As part of a diverse transactional team, you will be working with large financial institutions and corporations from across the Americas on a variety of transactions, as part of a well-structured team that offers a collaborative environment and clear opportunities for career development.

As the successful Associate, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A (private and public), private equity and joint ventures and related governance. You will also regularly be involved in the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives and play a meaning part in developing the firm’s corporate practice. You will also have capable legal and administrative support, as well as innovative technologies that are in place to reduce fee earners’ administrative burdens.

• Around 3-5 PQE with corporate and funds experience at a reputable international firm.
• Offshore experience is desirable but not essential.
• Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
• A strong academic background.
• The salary for this role is US$140K-200K bonus.
