Digital Payments Manager

- Supervise and oversee all payment processes, including electronic transfers, wire payments, and digital transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- Manage the payment processing systems, ensuring they remain current, secure, and efficient.
- Implement robust monitoring systems to detect and address any fraudulent transaction activities.
- Providing training and support the payment processing team to enhance their skills.
- Continuously explore opportunities to enhance payment processes and systems.
- Maintain relationships with payment service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
- Produce regular reports on payment activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in payment operations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as IT, Finance, and Customer Support, to ensure smooth payment operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment processing and/or financial services.
- Knowledge of payment systems, banking regulations, and digital transaction technologies is essential.
- Excellent leadership and people skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and innovative environment while working remotely.
