Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the AMLCO/MRLO/DMLRO for client funds/entities.
  • Supervise the creation and upkeep of AML/CFT controls.
  • Offer guidance on AML/CFT compliance matters to the fund’s board.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and provide relevant advice.
  • Design and supervise audits/testing of the AML/CFT program.
  • Spearhead Business Development initiatives for the AML Services Team.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to explore new business prospects.
  • Ensure compliance with  client onboarding and risk assessment protocols.
  • Contribute to enhancing processes and introducing service innovations.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.  
  • Minimum 12 years of industry experience with AML controls in investment and funds services.
  • Professional qualification such as CAMS/ACOI/LCOI/ACCA is preferred.
  • Demonstrable generation of income growth through market strategy and Business Development activity.
  • Extensive experience in Cayman Islands regulatory and compliance risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in LEAN/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary: US$175K – US$250K Per annum plus benefits.
