Inclusion Cayman is currently recruiting for an Inclusion Assistant.

The Inclusion Assistant for Inclusion Cayman plays an essential role in  advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Inclusion Assistants advocate for individuals, allowing them the opportunities for meaningfully participation in community settings (preschools, schools, recreational and other community programs, and the workplace). Additional administrative activities, support of fund-raising efforts, and dissemination of information to the public are assigned from time to time and shared with other members of the Inclusion Team.

• Associates’ or Bachelors’ Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Recognized credential in good standing related to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to gain meaningful access in the community.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience successfully working in settings requiring collaborative relationships.
• Provide individual and responsive support based on the needs of the environment.
• Proficiency in documenting interactions and utilizing relevant software.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to transportation.

Salary: Cl$30K-40K per year  

Salaries vary based on your individual level of experience.
