The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore firm in the Cayman Islands in search of an Investment Funds Associate to join the firm’s offices in Grand Cayman.

This is an opportunity to join arguably Cayman’s most reputable international law firms and it has a reputation as a great place to work with a vibrant, friendly and collaborative office culture. As part of a highly reputable international practice, you would be working with large and mid-sized funds managers from across the globe on a variety of funds and corporate transactions and matters.

As the successful Associate, you would have involvement in a broad range of investment funds matters covering full lifecycles, as well as some corporate and commercial matters such as M&A, reorganizations and related governance. You would have a structured learning and development programmes, fast progression potential and better work/life balance than typically found in a large investment funds practice.

• Around 3-5 PQE with corporate and funds experience at a reputable international firm.
• Offshore experience is desirable but not essential.
• Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
• A strong academic background.

The salary for this role is US$140-200,000. The firm also provides a discretionary annual bonus as well as a generous list of ancillary benefits. Relocation assistance could also be provided if necessary.
