- Effectively manage, train, and develop small team within banking support function.
- Enhance client relationships and promote a culture of customer focus.
- Oversee collateral documentation management, resolving issues promptly and ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and maintain quality control standards.
- Provide commercial support to all business channels and internal divisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or a relevant field preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML/ATF guidelines, and KYC requirements is a plus.
- Previous experience in banking is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications required.
Salary: Depends on Experience.
